We use Paypal as our secure payment gateway for all card payments so that your payment can be made safely and securely. Your payment details are sent encrypted through Paypal, no credit card information is stored on our website. You will also be covered under PayPal’s buyer protection program.

What is a Payment Gateway

A payment gateway acts as a digital cashier for online stores, serving as the intermediary (or middleman) between the store and your bank. It allows businesses to accept a range of electronic payments, including credit and debit cards. This gateway encrypts sensitive information, verifies the transaction, and ensures that funds are securely transferred from the customer’s account to the merchant’s account.

Secure payments through Paypal

The security of your personal information is important to us. When you enter sensitive information (such as your name and address), we simply use these details to process your booking/order as required.

The transaction starts when you, the customer, clicks the Add to Cart button on the booking/product page.

You will see a shopping cart or checkout page next.

After reviewing the Checkout page, you will click the Place Order button. This directs you to a payment page. The payment can be via direct deposit, PayPal or Credit card. Entry Tickets can be paid for using a Gift Voucher, a current Membership or Sponsorship Receipt or cash payment when you get here.

If you choose to pay with PayPal

If you have an account with PayPal, you can simply enter her username and password, and the rest of your personal information – address, phone number, etc. – is retrieved from the PayPal database and automatically entered onto the payment form. If you don’t have a PayPal account, you can create one.

At the PayPal login, you will also see the option to “Stay logged in for faster purchases.” Called One Touch, this feature keeps you logged in on the device you are using, so if you come back to our site or another site using PayPal, your login is remembered and the process is faster.

At this point, your PayPal transaction is complete.

If you choose to pay with a credit or debit card, you’ll continue through the following steps.

If you choose to pay with a credit or debit card, you’ll enter your contact and card information in the web form and then click the Place Order button to authorise payment. Behind the scenes, your credit card information is encrypted and transmitted to PayPal, and then PayPal will contact the issuing bank for your credit card. Assuming that your credit line can cover the purchase, the issuing bank authorises the transaction, and the sale is approved. This process only takes a few seconds.

NOTE: When paying by Debit or Credit Card, the word ‘PayPal’ or similar will appear beside the transaction on your bank statement.

SSL Encryption

All PayPal transactions from our website utilise Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption. This helps protect our customer’s personal data from prying electronic eyes and identity thieves. If you have any questions about security on our website, you can email us at [email protected].

Your banking details are not visible to us or recorded

None of your banking details are visible to us or recorded. No credit card information is stored on this site. Our site is safe and spam free.

What to wear

If planning an Up Close and Personal Encounter, loose clothing and dangly jewelry is not ideal as some dingoes love to grab and pull at loose items. Please also wear closed in shoes to protect your toes if in the event a dingo treads on your feet. This is not to say the dingoes grab clothing and tread on feet as a normal occurrence, but just in case!

Don’t forget to bring a raincoat or umbrella if rain is predicted.

Late arrivals

Please arrive on time. Arriving late deprives you of precious time with the dingoes, as each session will be finished on time as a courtesy to our next visitor booking.

Cancelling a Booking or Order

Customers are welcome to cancel bookings/orders at any time before the booking time or before the order is shipped. If you simply don’t turn up and don’t let us know, we reserve the right to not offer another booking time or refund. If the cancellation is due to extenuating circumstances, please let us know so that this can be considered for a full refund.

If we are unable to complete your booking/order and the fault is our own, we will offer you another time or a full refund. If we can’t complete your booking/order due to you not arriving for your booking and not letting us know in advance, we will not be obligated to offer a refund.

When a refund is required, it will be processed via the payment method used when placing the order. Refunds are generally processed within 48 hours of approval. Some payment options can take up to a week to appear back into your account.
