“Yelka” aboriginal for “Young Dog”. Yelka and her brother Chipala are desert Dingoes from the Northern Territory. They were given to our Sanctuary at 12 weeks old by Matt Pheeney, bred on his property in the back of an old rusty ute in the middle of a Banana Plantation. They were flown down with permits, our first flying dingoes! They both did so well.
